CG-NAT and VyprVPN

I have recently changed my ISP. The new provider uses CG-NAT by default, although it is possible to obtain a dedicated IP address at an additional cost of €1 per month. The question is more out of curiosity. Are there any advantages/disadvantages to combining CG-NAT with VyprVPN NAT? Is it better to use VyprVPN without CG-NAT? Does not matter?

No, there is no difference, since when you turn on your vpn on your router, you bypass your ISP and sometimes your firewall (this is how you configure it). So there is no difference
