"Error occured while connecting, error code:628"

I’m sorry to hear of the trouble. I would be happy to take a look into this!

This error code most commonly occurs when the ports necessary for the PPTP protocol to function are blocked on the network. Please make sure TCP port 1723 and protocol ID 47 are opened on your router and any firewall you may be running. You will also need to enable GRE Protocol/PPTP passthrough.

Also, if you have any security software running on your machine, I would suggest temporarily disabling it before attempting the connection again.
