Thanks for reporting this behavior. When you say no log has been generated, are you referring to the KillStreak log here:
%ProgramData%\Golden Frog, GmbH\KillStreak\KillStreak.log ?
Just want to ensure we're talking about the same log file.
If you restart the service, do you notice improvement? You can do this by executing the
services.msc command from the Run box (or search for Services on the machine), then locate the KillStreak service and stop/start it. Although I am sure you tried this, a reboot of the machine may be advisable as well. Just to cover that base.
