I bought a one-year vyprvpn service yesterday, then I found that it doesen’t work in China,
I have already applied for a refund from the customer service. When will I receive a refund?

There are a couple of things you can try, in the meantime, to get connected:

  1. Make sure you are on the latest version of the VyprVPN app
  2. Make sure you have set the app to use Chameleon protocol
  3. If you can’t connect with Chameleon protocol, then please select “configure” next to Chameleon in the “protocols” section, set it to “manual”, and then try a few random numbers within the specified allowed range.

Personally I’m waiting since 5 days … and still no refund.
