Sorry to hear about the trouble there with your iPhone.
Pretty odd to say that we don't have an iPhone, we have many iPhones for testing purposes and many staff personally use them.
The connection issue is likely attributed to poor network conditions.
In order to investigate/troubleshoot this issue further, please tap the gear icon at the top the VyprVPN app.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Settings menu and tap Help.
Then tap Contact Support.
Enter a description of the issue, ensure there is a check next to Include connection log and tap Send.
An agent will review and reply via email to assist further.
