iOS app cannot connect to server

i set up the server but cannot connect using the iOS app. i can see the server in the list, when tap to connect, it asks to install the golden frog ca. did so, but the app doesn’t seem to know. when tap to connect, the only thing that happens is the popup to ask me to install certificate, and even when choosing install in the prompt nothing happens. i manually install the cert via the link

Thank you for contacting us regarding your connection issue to your deployed VyprVPN server.

As I understand you are unable to establish a connection to your server when using our VyprVPN for iOS application.

In order to properly troubleshoot this matter we ask that you please ensure both the VyprVPN for iOS application, along with your VyprVPN Server are both up to date. We also ask that you manually log out, and log back into the VyprVPN for iOS application.

To upgrade to our latest version of VyprVPN Server, please login to your server. In the user control panel, click System Settings on the left. Then under the Application section, click the Upgrade link. For the iOS application, you can ensure it is up to date via the App Store.

Thanks. I have got it working now. It now prompts me to install a new certificate and it’s working.

On a side note, do you know if I can set up additional users for accessing the VPN server? I am using pro. Do I need a business account for setting up additional users?

To answer your question, yes you should consider a business account if you require multiple users to connect at the same time.
