Local Network Access

I cannot connect to local network on my mobile devices when VPN connected.
Seems like a simple issue, but I can not find an answer.

I have a NAS server and Home lighting and temperature control, that I cannot access anymore.

This is expected behavior for our VPN, when you establish a connection that device is considered to be on a separate network.

Is there a way to get around this issue, a white list or something?
