PPPoE in China

When will Vyprvpn do something about the thousands of users who have a PPPoE connection and are forced to use a second router to access the internet if using the router app?
It has been over two years since this problem was first discussed and always the same answer, “it is being looked into”!!

I do apologize for any inconvenience, but we still do not have any updates on PPPoE support for our router app at this time.
