We have restored connectivity to many server locations.
First, restart your device. Then, launch the VyprVPN app and open the server list. Every time you open the server list, the app will ping all of our server locations. You may notice some servers return ping times and some do not. The ones that do not are still having issues and will be unreachable. The ones that do will be reachable as long as the ping time isn’t excessive (ex: 250+ ms). Generally speaking, the higher the ping time, the higher the potential for the inability to connect or connection stability/performance issues.
If you ever need to ping the servers again to check if a server is reachable, close the server list and reopen it or use the refresh icon, if available, at the top of the server list.
Select servers with the lowest ping times compared to others and attempt to connect to them. If you are on a device using the VyprVPN app that can switch to different VPN protocols (Android, Mac, Windows), please try that as well if the connection fails initially. It may be necessary to try connecting several times and with different VPN protocols.
