I bought the service today (Oct/10/2019). As you expect, it doesn’t work on my Mac and pretty slow on my iPhone. I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund.
I’ve read several complains about refunds and blame myself why I did not read them earlier. (Absolutely I can’t know them, caz without VPN I cannot even reach their page!)
I decide to record the whole process for my refund request.

She said ‘Your refund request will be moved to Level 2 support, and you will be notified via Email’.
