Unable to View Acct Information and View Subscriptions

Have you had issues managing your Vypr/Goldenfrog subscription online. It seems to have been blocked for a couple of weeks now. Are they trying to prevent us getting a fair price?. Is it time to research? See attached.

It is not our intention to keep our customers from changing their plan levels, and we intend to add that capability as soon as possible.
