Using the app on Mac would just stall Safari resulting in no internet connection. Support promptly helped me (ticket 1961081) and now I use manual connection set up via the Mac network options, works fine. My question is why the issue with the app? Any known fix?

I have been using on Mac, and have not faced any such issue as yet.
