I have the same problem for several days, too.
On windows 10, the app can no long “ping” any server and when you connect, there are several types of error with codes 6021 and 6024.
On ios, the service is constantly broken after 10 minutes or so.
This is really frustrating and as a previous user I find that experience in 2018 is really bad. I think the company should have some official policy regarding to customers in China, say a fast refund policy or use more resources to fix the problem quickly. As for now, the time to fix any problem is long and users do not get more information. Only “ticket” is not enough, we need more customer service.
By the way, I am using the Chameleon protocol.

First, please log out of the app (gear icon > options > account > Log out) and then log back in. Once you’re logged back in attempt to connect to one of the following server locations:
• North America: Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, Canada.
• Europe: France, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom
• Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam
• Australia: Sydney, Perth

For every “Ticket” I wrote, the “answer” is almost the same, but the fact is that either you can’t connect or it is extremely unstable.
I do hope you can consider this seriously as this is a big market if you make it stable with much more quick and responsible replies.
Also, I think all of current customers will never recommend VYPR to any friend.
