@fukyoo What is the email address that you contacted us with?
@fukyoo Do you have an affiliate account with us? If so, may we have your email address so we can pass it along to affiliate team so they can reach out to you.
If you do not have an affiliate account, it’s best that you contact our support team for assistance or inquiries about WireGuard at https://support.vyprvpn.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
@Jack+M: Yeap, I am one of your affiliate members. How to send my email to you (your affiliate team) privately?
@fukyoo I’ve forwarded your information over to our affiliate team to have them reach out to you. If you don’t hear back in the next few days, please feel free to reach out to our support team at https://support.vyprvpn.com/hc/requests/new
@Jim_M: Done & much faster, now.
upd: the Wireguard protocol was connected (tried 2 US servers). Yet I ran into connection problem due to host not resolving issue in the webpage.
UPD 2: Seems that it was server-related issue. Wireguard is working again.
Thank you for the update
UPD 3: Wireguard-powered US connections were not stable nor usable
(due to host not resolving issue), even though it showed “Connected”.
And your Abe said “few servers are unavailable in (my area)”. Then any further troubleshooting insights on your side?
Thank you for the update.
Typically, all you should have to do is connect to any location that is physically close to you that has the lowest ping.
If you are still running into issues with it though, definitely reach out to the support team at https://support.vyprvpn.com/hc/requests/new so we can gather more info and look into this further for you.
@Jack_M: I am using a non-US server in the list. Anyway, I’d still prefer US servers.
More, I kindly suggest that your agent should not ‘copy & paste’ the ‘standard’ troubleshooting routine (such as Rebooting the router is considered as Step 1, checking antivirus - Step 2) and ignore the info I offered. Your support team should customize the troubleshooting process and, should NOT replace the agent in the ticket - in my case, it was Harry > Nisha > Abe. I’d like to see that change only when some issue is out of some agent’s reach/area/access.
We appreciate your feedback. Though, I would also like to suggest, if you wish to work with just one agent directly, you can also reach out to our live chat support. This way, you’ll be able to work with a single agent while troubleshooting any issues you might experience.
Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
