Won't connect on Android after buying subscription

I have Android tablet and phone. I was able to use the free trial fine, but since I paid, I have not been able to connect. I get past "assigning IP address, and then it says “connect failure” and “connection lost.” How do I get it to work again? I have tried connecting to multiple servers.
